1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the PrivacyPilot waitlist, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Waitlist and Early Access

By joining our waitlist, you will receive early access to PrivacyPilot when it becomes available. Waitlist membership does not guarantee immediate access or any specific timeline for product availability.

Early access may be provided in phases, and your position on the waitlist may influence when you receive access.

3. Discount Terms

Important: All discount benefits are contingent upon both you and your referred users purchasing a paid plan when PrivacyPilot launches.

  • Base Early Access Discount: 30% off your first year subscription
  • Referral Bonus: Additional 10% off for each successful referral (maximum 3 referrals)
  • Maximum Total Discount: 60% off your first year (30% base + 30% referral bonus)
  • Referral Requirements: Referred users must sign up through your unique referral link and purchase a paid plan
  • Discount Application: Discounts apply only to the first year of subscription and cannot be combined with other offers
  • Expiration: Discount offers expire 90 days after PrivacyPilot's official launch

4. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn additional discounts by referring others to join the waitlist:

  • You will receive a unique referral link upon joining the waitlist
  • Referral bonuses are earned only when referred users purchase a paid subscription
  • Referral tracking is based on the unique link provided to you
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all discounts
  • We reserve the right to verify referrals and may request additional information

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By joining our waitlist, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect information including but not limited to:

  • Name and email address
  • Company information (optional)
  • Usage analytics and website interactions
  • Referral tracking data

6. Service Availability

PrivacyPilot is currently in development. We make no guarantees about:

  • Specific launch dates or timelines
  • Final product features or functionality
  • Pricing structures (subject to change)
  • Service availability in all jurisdictions

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivacyPilot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Providing false information

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PrivacyPilot is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
